I am not a big fan of Maccas goes but my 9 yr old son is and we rated based on usually well trained staff.

I ordered a large Long macchiato from the front counter for $5.70. I waited at the McCafe whilst the young girl made my order. She picked up a ready made cup of a coffee shot ( could of been sitting there for hours) poured that into my paper cup. Topped that up with boiling water, asked if i wanted milk i said yes and she then poured milk straight from the milk carton into my coffee. I paid $5.70 for something i could of made better at home. Why have a Cafe if you are going to make a coffee with ready made coffee, hot water and some cold milk from the carton. I went straight back to the counter and asked the manager for a refund. There was no explanation given or even an apology. Y
